Guitar Hero III will be released 2007-11-23 in Europe. I just orded it for the PS3 today.

Engadget reports that Firmware v.2.00 has just been released for PlayStation 3. Just update from the menu inside the PS3 as usual.

Sony Playstation 3 has been released 23/3 2007. Nordic Film had a big release party at Nordic Light Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden. Mats, Michael and I attended.

	Lanseringen av PLAYSTATION 3 framflyttad till mars 2007 Som du säkert redan hört har Sony Computer Entertainment Europe meddelat att lanseringen av PLAYSTATION 3 i Europa är framflyttad till mars 2007. Orsaken är tekniska problem i massproduktionen av den blå laser-dioden som läser datan på Blu-ray disken. Vi beklagar det inträffade och vi är naturligtvis besvikna att vi inte kan leverera PLAYSTATION 3 den 17 november som vi tidigare annonserat. Vi ser nu fram mot lanseringen i mars. Du som gjort en förhandsbokning kommer givetvis fortfarande få en PLAYSTATION 3 först av alla. Till dess kommer vi hålla dig löpande uppdaterad med ny information. /vännerna på PlayStation

Playstation 3 - in march 2007?

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) today announced that it would revise the launch date of its PLAYSTATION® 3 computer entertainment system in the PAL territories of Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa and Australasia from 17th November 2006, as previously announced to March 2007.

Launch dates for Japan and North America will remain the same, which are November 11th and November 17th respectively.

The revision of the launch date in the SCEE territories is caused by the delay in the mass production schedule of the blue laser diode within the Sony Group, thus affecting the timely procurement of key components to be utilised in PLAYSTATION 3.

The previously announced PLAYSTATION 3 shipment forecast of 6 million units globally within the fiscal year ending 2007 is not changed.
